Custom Made Cartons

Sometimes “off the shelf” cartons will just not do the job. You may need to consider the added freight costs of shipping “air space” and the potential damage caused to your products by sloppy cartons. If you need something designed just for your valuable product we are able to offer the service to do just that!

We make hand made samples to ensure it’s exactly what you want. Artwork and proofs are supplied for approval and only then do we manufacture your custom made cartons.

Different cartons made include – Corrugated – RSC’s, FFSC’s, HSC’s, Die cut cartons. – Solid fibre carton board, stitched bin boxes, and much much more. Printing options vary from – Basic flexographic prints to 4+ colour lithographic printing – spot UV gloss and embossing available as well.

Foam Inserts

Inserts – Foam – flexible and Styrene can be supplied to go with your job or glued in to place to make the job easier for you.

Displays & POS packaging – Visual merchandising is a valuable part of your business & we aim to provide this as part of our service as well. – Standees and floor display stands to counter top units, all custom designed for you. – Plastic moulded inserts, trays etc can be designed & supplied as well.

We’re big enough to tackle the needs of large, fast paced companies, but not too big for all the budding small businesses throughout Sydney.

Corrugated Cartons

Corrugated cartons are available in many forms – as listed in “custom made cartons” section.

Board grades include but not limited to: F, E, B, C, BC, AAC, Triwall.

We do stock a range of stock cartons usually in C flute and plain brown. Please enquire about sizes you need via email.

Packaging Services

We aim to offer a varied service including shrink wrapping, re-packing, collating and gluing (foam to board etc), please also email to enquire about your packaging needs.

Plastic bags are also available – plain and printed, Perforated on rolls, chair bags, food grade bags – press sealed bags (stock).

Printed labels are also available – custom designed, litho and digitally printed on many different adhesive stocks.

Displays and POS Packaging

Custom plastic bags – printed and plain, press seal.

Foam inserts – styrene and flexible foam

Consumables – labels, bubble wrap, tape, shrink wrap, warehouse consumables etc.

Meat / Fish boards – foil lined food grade boards.

In addition, we are also proud to offer a comprehensive contract packing service, which can take care of all your packaging jobs, including:

Warehouse Consumables

Image Packaging can provide your business with all its warehouse consumables. From stretch & bubble wrap, speciality and packing tapes to void fill, standard printed labels and markers. Labels and Signage

Labels: Custom printed labels for all applications, digital printing also available for smaller runs. Thermal labels, permanent adhesive, metallic print, spot varnish, and many other combinations to suit your specific needs. Pouches can be printed with your design are also available in smaller runs rather than importing. You can supply your artwork or we can create the artwork upon application. All our labels are locally made.
